I'm Veronica Fawcet – founder of Veronica Fawcet Coaching Studio and private coach to women who have built a life they are quietly ready to recalibrate.

I work with women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Women who are capable, considered, and self-aware – who have done the work, read the books, and still find themselves circling the same questions. Not because they lack insight. Because insight, without the right conditions, rarely becomes change.

My approach is strategic, personal, and built on a single conviction: that transformation is not motivational – it is structural. When a woman's internal standards shift, her decisions shift. Her relationships shift. The life she is living begins to reflect the woman she has actually become.

I founded this studio because I understand this from the inside. I know what it is to outgrow a version of yourself while still living inside it. That experience shapes how I work – with precision, without judgment, and with a clear sense of where we are going.
